We do not accept returns, exchanges or provide refunds on materials that are ordered. When you order materials, you accept and acknowledge that you know what you are ordering and paying for. Everything listed on our site is brand-new and provided with a full manufacturer’s warranty.
If you notice damage due to shipping, please contact us immediately, and have the damage noted by the delivery company’s driver on the packing list provided. If the product is damaged due to shipping and you the customer sign for the delivery without noting the damage with the shipping company’s driver, we cannot accept returns. Damages must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt.
